My coaching philosophy is grounded in spiritual teachings of wisdom and the practicalities of living life with intention. My point of difference is that when I coach, I teach you to access all knowledge from within yourself…..Have you ever heard the saying that.. "If you don’t learn yourself you will never learn at all??

With compassion I facilitate the coaching process so that you can review you life’ with reflection and calm insight. I use a proven diagnostic approach that allows you to identify your "present self" so that your true capabilities and potential are identified. The coaching process empowers you to remove any unwanted behaviors or negative mid-sets that limit your growth. I then help you to establish a new purpose and vision which supports the life path you have chosen.

I use coaching contracts with all clients so that throughout this process you will have complete control as to the destination and outcome.

My mentoring services are available to all on the spiritual path whom are wanting to progress at their own pace. My mentoring sessions can be structured formally or informally dependent upon the needs of the student. As such I can develop courses and programs to suit a student's needs and capabilities.
